During the days of Lock-down, what’s best is not to go outside and wander about in amidst of all that deadly chaos. But how does one spent quality time after all those chores, readings and office tasks are done.

I’m compiling a list of 3 of the most amazing dark animated comedy shows that are guaranteed to make your brain cells tickle from time to time.

1. Rick and Morty (Four Seasons)

Rick and Morty is an American adult animated science fiction sitcom created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon for Cartoon Network’s late-night programming block Adult Swim. The series follows the misadventures of cynical mad scientist Rick Sanchez and his good-hearted but fretful grandson Morty Smith, who split their time between domestic life and inter-dimensional adventures.

Full of irreverent humour, Dark, zany, quick witted dialogue within consistently original plot lines drives this masterfully creative sci-fi comedy to previously uns-caled heights. Created and voiced by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon themselves, have quite ingeniously created a setting in which anything can take place without betraying the show’s astonishingly consistent dynamic.

As of it yet there have been 4 seasons available on Netflix and Adult Swim Stream Season 5 is coming this May!

2. Mr. Pickles (Three Seasons)

MrPickles is an American adult animated sitcom. The series revolves around the Goodman family, especially their 6-year-old son named Tommy and the family’s border collie, the demonic MrPickles.

The innocent boy gets into adventures around town with his best friend, the family’s lovable dog, Mr. Pickles. The pooch seems to be a sweet dog who loves pickles — hence his name — and he gets one whenever he’s good! But Mr. Pickles has an evil streak that only Tommy’s grandfather knows about: Mr. Pickles likes to wander off — to kill and mutilate.

3.…..neh! It’s Futurama (Seven Seasons)

Accidentally frozen, pizza-deliverer Fry wakes up 1,000 years in the future. He is taken in by his sole descendant, an elderly and addled scientist who owns a small cargo delivery service. Among the other crew members are Capt. Leela, accountant Hermes, intern Amy, obnoxious robot Bender and Lobsterlike moocher “Dr.” Zoidberg.

Futurama is available to stream on Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube.
