The novel Coronavirus would not come to an end in its life until someone stops its mutation rate (speed of change of its nature). Likewise, the apps on your phones need to be updated from time to time to keep working properly. They are required to fix their bugs, errors, or update to a beta version for their survival. In life, we as humans naturally attracted to new and updated things. Not all of us are willing to change but somehow we feel differently good after updating. What about updating yourself? Follow me!

Turn on your updates
Are you aware of turning on the updates of your windows or phone? What does it do to these gadgets? Let’s get to know in an easy way.
It makes them receive the notifications of updating or start them updating automatically. Now for a minute, consider yourself as a gadget; your mind as the windows and body as a phone which has different apps to use for its function. Don’t you think that your mind and body need updating after months or years? Naturally, your dead body cells get replace everyday by new cells adding health to you. It is spontaneous action, we can’t control that until we use some kind of medication (but why do you even need that).
In the same way, our inner (self) and outer (social) life need upgrading, because they are not spontaneous in adopting change like our body cells. Therefore, you have to turn on YOUR updates accordingly basis on their priority. It is easy for an introvert to self-analyze them in daily matters but extroverts may have to struggle for that.
I am suggesting a list of questions for you which you can ask yourself to turn on YOUR updates.
- What are your favorite habits which no longer benefit you?
- What are the outdated habits that need to be replaced in you instantly?
- What habits do you need to add to you for self and social dealing?
Deleting your browsing history
Ever worried about your browsing data? It sounds so familiar to all of us while doing secret research or something unacceptable in general terms. Okay! Let’s not go deep, and just take the scoop out of it. The browsers have a record of the digital history and your mind has a record of your REAL history. After you are done with your research, you delete its history to make your browser clean and off the chest. Can you do the same with your mind? No? But
at least you can try. Honestly, if you want to see a new YOU, you have to follow the simple rule of deleting. It gives a sense of relaxation that you would not find anywhere else. It will make your shoulders feel lighter.
Now how do you do that?
- Ignoring extra gossips and comments about you and others
- Avoiding negative thoughts born in mind about you and others
- Avoiding self assumption about others
- Focusing on things of your direct concern only
- Accepting the relevant information only
- Practicing keeping a check on your incoming thoughts and outgoing actions
- Keeping things simple
- Feeding your mind with good researches and data only
Clear your cache
The technical term of cache means the stuff which you do not add to your gadgets yourself but comes as a compliment with your researches and actions, even you do not want that. Clearing it is necessary, for the proper functioning of windows or phones. It can make your gadgets hang. Just relate this to your mind.
It’s almost like a PC, then why don’t you think it will not explode by your cache data. So you need to clean it from time to time.
Now what kind of cache can grow in human minds:
- Extra information coming with the relevant data
- Outdated knowledge
- Habit of seeking interest in others’ businesses
