Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled by siffar.com, a digital marketing services division of Brightsun Pvt. Ltd., a registered private limited company.
By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid to siffar.com are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, initial setup charges, monthly retainers, consultation fees, and one-time service payments. These fees cover time, resources, and third-party tools that are allocated upon commencement of the project.
2. Service-Specific Refund Terms
a. Strategy, Consultation & Audits
All strategy sessions, audits, or consulting services are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of outcome or use.
b. Campaign-Based Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing)
Refunds are not provided for campaign-based services once work has commenced, including but not limited to campaign creation, content planning, or asset development.
c. Development & Creative Services
Where web development, graphic design, or content writing services are concerned, partial refunds may be considered only if the client cancels the agreement before any work is initiated. After work commences, any refunds will be limited and based solely on the percentage of work completed.
3. Project Cancellation
- Pre-Work Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client within 3 business days of payment and before any work has begun, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or third-party costs incurred.
- Mid-Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for all costs associated with the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance may be converted into a non-refundable service credit, valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting siffar.com to resolve a dispute is a violation of this agreement. In such cases, siffar.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate all active services, and pursue collection of the owed amount, including all processing fees, legal costs, and penalties incurred as a result.
5. Third-Party Costs
All third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., Google Ads spend, domain names, hosting, plugins, or software licenses) are strictly non-refundable, regardless of project status or cancellation timing.
6. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@siffar.com and must include:
- Full name and company name
- Service(s) purchased
- Reason for refund request
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days, and a written decision will be communicated via email. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed via the original payment method within 15–45 business days, depending on the client’s payment processor or financial institution.
7. Termination of Services
siffar.com reserves the right to terminate any service or agreement at its discretion due to breach of contract, abuse of communication channels, or unethical behavior by the client. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
8. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Capital of Islamabad, Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
Parent Company
siffar.com is a digital services entity fully owned and operated by Brightsun Pvt. Ltd., a registered private limited company. All contracts, payments, and legal obligations are ultimately governed under the umbrella of Brightsun Pvt Ltd.
